During World War I, Tamil Rockers two British soldiers -- Lance Cpl. Schofield and Lance Cpl. Blake -- receive seemingly impossible orders. In a race against time, 1917 they must cross over into enemy territory to deliver a message that Tamil Rockers could potentially save 1,600 of their fellow 1917 comrades -- including Blake's own brother.

1917 is a 2019 British Tamil Rockers epic war film directed, co-written, and produced by Sam Mendes. The film stars George MacKay and Dean-Charles 1917 Chapman, with Mark Strong, Andrew Scott, Richard Madden, Claire Duburcq, Colin Firth and Benedict Cumberbatch in supporting roles. It is based in part on an account told to Mendes by his paternal grandfather, Alfred Mendes.[6] The film tells the story Tamil Rockers of two young British soldiers during the First World War who 1917 are ordered to deliver a message calling off an attack doomed to fail soon after the Tamil Rockers German retreat to the Hindenburg Line during Operation Alberich in 1917. This message is especially important to 1917 one of the soldiers, as his brother is taking par 1917 in the pending attack.
